    What is i-dig?

i-dig is a free real time, online internet ticket taking system for professional excavators and utilities.

All of the information that you would normally provide to an operator when you call into the center, is what you yourself would enter on line.

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all of your 48 hour to 10 day notices.

A few features that are accessible to you are, the ability to describe your locates in your own words and obtain a printed or email copy of your ticket for your records. One of the most important features of doing your tickets on line is being able to view the most current OUPS maps available. These street maps that are the same street maps that the operators, within the center, are seeing.

    What is i-grid?

i-grid is a fast and easy alternative to keep service area databases up-to-date.

i-grid is a real time on-line software package that directly interfaces with the OUPS computerized mapping database and grid overlays to administer and update service territories.
